Career Coaching

Career coaching is a collaborative process that helps you make sense of where you are now, where you want to go, and how to get there.

A carefully chosen mix of guided self-assessment and reflection between sessions gives you fresh insight into your strengths, values, and what brings you energy and meaning at work.

The real value of coaching comes from exploring those insights together to make sense of the stories you tell yourself, the beliefs that may be holding you back, and the possibilities waiting underneath.

As you uncover the patterns that shape your choices, your awareness grows, along with your confidence and sense of purpose - helping you finally get unstuck.

ADHD Career Coaching

ADHD Career Coaching follows the same process as traditional career coaching with adjustments tailored to the ADHD brain. Together, we explore your career through an ADHD lens paying special attention to your strengths, interests and how your brain is wired.

Here’s how it differs:

Interest isn’t optional. For ADHDers, an interest-based nervous system means work must feel engaging to be sustainable.

We rewrite old stories. Many late-diagnosed adults carry self-doubt or confusion about past struggles. Coaching helps you make sense of your experiences through an ADHD lens and build a new, more compassionate narrative.

It’s strengths based. We shift focus from what’s not working to uncovering and building on your natural abilities. You’ll learn practices to shift the ADHD negativity bias and start recognising your strengths every day.

We address executive function. Together, we’ll address the practical challenges - like starting tasks, staying organised, remembering to remember, following through and reducing overwhelm so you can build systems and strategies that work with your brain.

The goal is to help you create work that engages your interest-based nervous system and allows you to make the most of your strengths.

About Me

It took me four careers to finally find the meaning and purpose I’d been looking for. Along the way, I became interested in how people make career decisions and why some work just doesn’t fit.

My third career was in talent acquisition, where I discovered how much I love helping others find work that genuinely suits them even while I was still figuring it out for myself.

It wasn’t until my ADHD diagnosis in midlife that everything finally clicked. Suddenly, all those roles that hadn’t worked made sense, and I felt even more driven to help others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of place in their careers.
