How ADHD coaching works
Step 1: Free intro session (20 mins)
We begin with a free 20-minute intro call.
This is a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for whether ADHD coaching and working with me feels right for you.
Step 2: Strategy & planning session (60 mins)
In the first session we talk through your story and discuss your challenges and goals. This guides the rest of our work.
We explore:
-
what matters most to you right now
-
what’s been getting in the way
-
what you’d like to be different by the end of the coaching process.
Many people don’t arrive with clear goals, only a feeling that something needs to change. We use this session to figure it out together.
Step 3: Coaching sessions (50 mins)
In coaching sessions we:
-
discuss your goal for the session
-
untangle competing priorities
-
uncover why this matters to you
-
develop a realistic plan to move from intention to action
-
break that plan into manageable steps.
ADHD coaching is based around the fact that moving from intention to action is the part our executive function makes difficult. So in brainstorming ‘experiments’ and strategies, we do a thorough exploration of what is getting in the way and what you need to build systems that will work for you.
How much does ADHD coaching cost?
My standard rate will be $150 for a 50-minute coaching session.
While I finish the hours for my ICF ACC accreditation, I am offering coaching packages at substantially discounted rates.
This gives you the opportunity to see if ADHD coaching is helpful and start to build new strategies that work with your brain.
Until 30 June 2026, I am offering a 6-session coaching package for a total of $150.
This includes the first 60-minute strategy and planning session and five further 50-minute coaching sessions.
