What is ADHD Career Coaching

Career coaching is a collaborative process that helps you make sense of where you are now, where you want to go, and how to get there.

A carefully chosen mix of guided self-assessment and reflection between sessions gives you fresh insight into your strengths, values, and what brings you energy and meaning at work.

The real value of coaching comes from exploring those insights together to make sense of the stories you tell yourself, the beliefs that may be holding you back, and the possibilities waiting underneath.

ADHD Career Coaching brings an ADHD lens and a strengths-based approach to this process.

Many ADHDers, especially those diagnosed later in life, carry self-doubt from past struggles, unfulfilled potential, negative feedback and rejection sensitivity. Together, we work through that and create a new, more accurate narrative that helps you imagine a different future and move toward it with confidence.

How ADHD Career Coaching Differs

  • Interest isn’t optional to building a meaningful ADHD career.

  • We use an ADHD lens to understand your past struggles and rewrite your narrative.

  • We use a strengths based approach to shift the ADHD negativity bias that has held you back.

  • We address executive function challenges like starting tasks, staying organised, remembering to remember, following through and reducing overwhelm.

ADHD Career Coaching Program

The program includes six one-hour sessions, plus weekly reflective exercises between sessions to help you get unstuck and design a career that works with your interest-based nervous system - not against it.

The full six session program including all coaching sessions and exercises is $720 payable upfront.

If you’d prefer coaching around a specific challenge or a way ADHD is affecting your work, you can book individual sessions at $125 per hour.

If you’re interested, please book a discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
